  1. This file is a text file know as \KISSBBS\BULLET and can be
  2. edited with any text (ASCII only) editor, or by selecting [S] for
  3. System Access at the main menu when the sysop logs on. This logon
  4. can be done remotely via modem, or by local logon by pressing F1.
  5.  
  6. If the file contains more than one screenful, the caller is
  7. prompted with MORE, and can see another line by hitting Enter or
  8. another page by hitting the spacebar.
  9.  
  10. If a caller has already seen the BULLET, they will be asked if
  11. they want to see it again before it is shown.  If you change the
  12. BULLET after the last time a caller logged on, it will be shown
  13. automatically.
